For theme/ dream wedding based in a

All the above prices are valid for venues in KL, PJ and Shah Alam area only. Locations in Kajang, Sg. Long, Sg. Way, Nilai, Klang, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, Serdang, Sg. Besi area will incur additional transportation charges.
3) Are our deco prices negotiable?
Yes.
4) Do we outsource to other decorators/ florists?
No, we do not. We have specially trained a group of 15 full time staffs & florists.
5) How come there are some decorators whom are much cheaper than ours?
Compare our work; we are committed to create each wedding a special experience for you and your guests. Each wedding is a testimonial of our work for the next potential wedding couple.
6) Will there be any initial meet-up?
We would like to encourage you to browse thru our web site (which is frequently updated), and should you be interested in our services, please feel free to email us your wedding details to interested@heart2heart.com.my or call us @ 03-40429112/5.
We will correspond to you in a timely manner with a furnished quote your perusal. And if the quotation is within your budget and you’d like to take things further, we can then make an appointment to meet and discuss in detail.
Upon confirmation, we will do a site inspection, followed by releasing visuals and drawings for your reference.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to meet up after browsing our web site, we can set-up an appointment at our showroom during office hour. However, if you are unable to make it during office hour, we can make a special arrangement.
First appointment is complementary. After this initial meet-up, and you feel that another appointment is necessary, there will be a nominal fee of RM 50/hour at any place in KL and PJ area. These charges will be waived from the deco fee upon confirmation.
Please be advised that an advanced appointment is necessary before dropping by at our showroom.
7) Will there be any visuals/ pictures available at the quotation?
We’re afraid we do not release any visuals/ pictures at the time of quotation as these pictures are the intellectual property of our company.
Kindly also please be advised that we are not liberty to release visuals and drawing without any confirmation of deposit as it requires much time, effort and creativity for each production, your kind consideration in this matter is much, much valued.
However, below are three examples of situations whereby we will be able to release the sneak-peeks:-
> It is a confirmed event with a 50% down payment
> Client to purchase the visual(s).
> To arrange for a 2nd appointment so that we can show you the pictures and visuals.
8) Do we use fresh or artificial floral?
Both fresh and artificial flowers.
Depending on your budget, we will advice accordingly. Below are some examples:-
> Ceremony in a church (Between 10 am – 3pm): Must have fresh flowers!
> Ceremony in a church (Between 2 pm – 6pm): You may opt for artificial flowers
> Reception dinner: Fresh flowers for centerpieces and artificial flowers for entrance and walkway
> Outdoor wedding: Fresh flowers for centerpieces and artificial flowers for entrance and walkway
9) What is the payment mode?
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit of the overall sum for us save the date of your choice. And the balance is to be paid seven (7) days in advance of your wedding day.
Any confirmation made verbally OR via email is NOT VALID if there is no deposit. All payments should be made in:
> Cash; OR
> Cheque addressed to Grace Silverline Craft Co. ; OR
> Through bank transfer; OR
> Credit card facility is available at our sister company - Grace De Batik, Central Market (Bank service charge may be applied)
10) Is deco important?
Deco is equally important as your gown. And if you would like to make a lasting impression for your guests and be envied among your peers, go the extra mile, create a special experience for you and your guests on your wedding.
11) Do we extend our services to out-station venue?
Yes. But we require a min. order of RM 25,000. Estimated duration for set-up, standby and clearing of event will take around 3-4 days for 8-10 of our personnel to complete a wedding set-up.
Any surcharge for venue site-inspection which includes lodging/ F&B/ transportation will be borne by the client.
We have been to most of the states in Malaysia, including Sabah.
12) Do we extend our services to overseas venue?
Yes. But we require a min. order of RM 100,000. Estimated duration for set-up, standby and clearing of event will take around 5-7 days for 10-15 of our personnel to complete a wedding set-up.
Any surcharge for venue site-inspection which includes lodging/ F&B/ transportation will be borne by the client.
So far, we have traveled to Switzerland & Barcelona for event deco.
13) How soon should a client confirm their dates with us?
The soonest the couple lock their dates with us the better. This applies especially for the hot date weddings.
14) What are the quiet months for a wedding?
Jan, Feb, March, Apr, July, and August. In these months, most vendors are happy to oblige any special request you may have, so getting married in these months are the best but to some these months are also taboo months.
15) What are the most popular months for weddings?
The most popular months for weddings are May, June, September, October, November and December. In these months, if you have not booked your venue & choicest vendor, you are headed for disappointment, so for those who are keen to get married in these popular months, you should snap up your date as early as possible!
16) Do we only decorate for weddings?
Our deco services are not limited to only weddings; we also deco for special occasions such as, engagements, anniversary, birthday celebration, 21st Birthday parties, house-warming, festive deco. For the corporate events, we cover corporate annual deco, awards night, appreciation dinner, launching & etc. Special request to create an interesting “Proposal” ideas are all welcome. 17) Is there any deco surcharge for public holidays?
There is a minimum order of RM 5,000 required for weddings held on eve of public holiday or on public holidays.
18) How long do we take to do a set-up?
Normally, it depends on the amount of deco required, whether or not the hotel releases the ballroom earlier. For simple ceiling treatment, we require a min. of 4-6 hours. As for the extensive wall treatment, we require a night before the wedding day. But for everyone’s ease of mind, a day before the event for set-up is sufficient.
19) Do we work with other wedding planners/ event organizers?
Yes, we love working with other wedding planners/ event organizers as well as it often generates more creativity and energy in the décor ideas.
